The SEPHS room has an M-line twin bed, rain shower, hair dryer, and a mini cooler to chill your own drinks and, and like all other hotel rooms, is located in the historic monastery.
SEPHS Larger
The SEPHS Larger offers just a little more space and comfort than the SEPHS rooms. Like the SEPHS room, the Larger has an M-line twin bed, rain shower, hair dryer and a mini cooler.
SEPHS Family
The SEPHS Family room is ideal for a family or bigger party. The room has a king bed and a sofa bed.

Frequently asked questions
SEPHS is not to be missed and is located at the base of Watersley Mountain. Navigate to Watersley 1 and from there you are going to find it easily.
Navigate to Watersley 1, Sittard. When you turn towards the access road, approximately after 150 meters on the left side is the first entrance to Watersley Sport & Talentpark, drive through here. At the end of this road go left over a small bridge. Now you will see SEPHS.
You can cancel the reservation free of charge* up to 24 hours befor the arrival date. The cost of the first night will be charged if you cancel after 24 hours before the arrival date. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
No prepayment is required, but SEPHS Hotel will pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival. The pre-authorization is not a payment, but guarantees us that the money is available to pay ant expenses incurred. If you move or change your reservation, a different rate may apply.
*Reservations up to 10 rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival date. For groups of 10 rooms or more, the cancellation conditions according to UVH Netherlands apply.
