Pure, genuine and quality food prepared with passion. That’s what Proeflokaal Watersley is all about. Daily changing dishes and daily fresh seasonal produce are offered in the tasting room. Everything is artisanally prepared in our own kitchen and produced in our organic food lab with a bakery and pasta kitchen.

E-bike rental
Cycling is inseparable from our environment. Discover the Euroregional environment and cycle through three countries in one day. Enjoy nature, the hilly south, the Maas route, a cycling tour on one of the Limburg race routes. Choose one of the many routes of Limburg cycling races or cycle the course of the 2023 National Championship Cycling and finish at Watersley! Experience a sporty day with your partner or enjoy a unique day out with family and friends.

Pumptrack
Pumptrack Watersley is a unique, 330-meter-long asphalt track that guarantees fun. Instead of pedaling like you’re used to on a normal bike, on the pumptrack you try to build speed and momentum by using your arms and legs, called ‘pumping’. The pumptrack is designed to be ideal for “head 2 head” races. In addition to the special pumptrack bike, you can also participate on your mountain bike, BMX or perhaps roller skates or skateboard. It’s all possible!
No suitable bike? No problem! Watersley rents pumptrack bikes and protective equipment.
Mountainbike
A network of more than 500 kilometers of mountain bike routes is waiting for you in South Limburg. With in SEPHS’ backyard the course of the 2019, 2020 and 2021 Mountain Bike National Championships at Watersley Sports & Talentpark. This route includes hefty climbs, descents, rock gardens, switchbacks, root passages, drops and a pumptrack. The route winds up and down the steep slopes of the forest, putting fitness to the test.
